These terms apply to SMS text-message notifications sent through Tax Comm Hub by EJ Rice (the “Service”), the senior tax credit application portal operated for participating Missouri counties.

Program Description

If you provide a mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages during the senior citizen tax credit application process, the Service will send you transactional SMS notifications about your application, including:

• Confirmation that your application was received.
• Requests for additional documents or information.
• Appointment reminders.
• Decisions and other status changes on your application.

This is an account-related transactional messaging program tied to a specific tax credit application. It is not a marketing program, and you will not receive promotional messages from us.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on the activity on your application. Most applicants receive between 1 and 5 messages per application cycle. Applications that require multiple rounds of follow-up may receive more.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. The Service itself does not charge you to send or receive these messages.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP

You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will not receive further text messages from the Service.

If you opt out of SMS, you will still receive notifications about your application by email or by mail, depending on the contact preferences and contact information on file for you.

Help: Reply HELP

For help, reply HELP to any message you receive from us. We will respond with information on how to contact your county's tax credit program for assistance.

For questions about your application or about the messages you receive, contact your county's tax credit program. Contact information is shown in the footer of the application portal you used.

Carriers

Carriers (your mobile phone provider) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

How we collect, use, and protect your information — including your phone number — is described in our Privacy Policy. Your phone number and other personal information are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when these terms were last revised.
